On the stage in Darby Auditorium, students experience the ultimate form of creative collaboration. The Darby Players produce a drama each fall and a musical each spring.
Even though an actor might ultimately stand alone on the stage, his work is the product of a scenic designer, a carpenter, a lighting technician, and a sound board operator, just to mention a few of the people who work on a play or a musical.

The Darby Players put on a drama each fall and a musical each spring.
The Flyers and girls from local high schools are welcome to try out for each performance.
Music is the soul of the school.
Twelve different performing groups make up the musical soul of our school, including a chorus, three concert bands, Jazz Band, Vocal Chamber Ensemble, Bagpipe Band, String Orchestra, and Symphony Orchestra.
Groups perform regularly at venues such as MetLife Stadium and Carnegie Hall. Through NYSSMA, students qualify for All-County and All-State ensembles.
