How to Apply
In order to be considered for admission to Chaminade's freshman class, the applicant must successfully complete the eighth grade and must present adequate academic credentials.
The usual means of application is through the Catholic High School Entrance Examination used by the Diocese of Rockville Centre. The test will be administered at all Catholic High Schools on Oct. 28, 2017. Details of this program are available from Chaminade, various parochial schools, parishes, or directly from the Catholic High School Administrators Office. Candidates for admission to the freshman year are notified of their status by email. For the school year 2017-2018, the notification date is Jan. 18, 2018.
Chaminade does not normally accept transfer student after the freshman year. Any inquiry in this regard should be directed to the Chaminade Admissions Office.

Enrollment is open to young men of all faiths as resources permit, with the priority given to Catholic students.
