2020-2021 Attendance Procedures

If your son is absent UNRELATED to COVID-19 (coronavirus) symptoms, please email a signed absent note (picture, scan, etc.) to Mr. Vincent Jeffrey at vjeffrey@chaminade-hs.org. Please be sure to include the following information on the note:

  • Student Name
  • Student Homeroom
  • Reason for Absence
  • Date(s) of Absence
  • Parent Signature.

*Note: if your son is not on campus physically, he is considered absent whether or not he attends classes on Zoom. Attending classes on Zoom is optional but not required.

If your son is absent RELATED to COVID-19 (coronavirus) symptoms, please email us at covid19@chaminade-hs.org immediately to report it and for information regarding his return to school. Please note that Mr. Jeffrey's office still needs an absent note signed by a parent (picture, scan, etc.) emailed to vjeffrey@chaminade-hs.org even if you are providing other medical documentation to our COVID-19 (coronavirus) personnel regarding your son's absence.
