Chaminade High School has long enjoyed tremendous school spirit. Indeed, the Flyer Spirit is noted by anyone who visits Chaminade, attends a school event or an athletic competition. We hold not only our students but our fans as well to a high standard of sportsmanship, fair play, and personal and team discipline. As the players on the field have a responsibility to play with the highest level of sportsmanship, so also do the fans in the stands. Flyer fan support is best when it is positive, good-natured, and sportsmanlike.

Booing, taunting or deriding an opposing player, fan, or a game official is unacceptable on any field or in any gym. Cheers, chants, or signs or gestures that are mocking or derogatory are not reflective of the Chaminade spirit and should never be heard, nor seen from the Flyer cheering section. Any breach of sportsmanlike behavior is a serious offence and will render the offender liable to disciplinary action.

Chaminade does not permit tailgating before athletic events on or off campus.
